On Friday mornings, four members from our team of 40 to 50 volunteers meet in Kingshill House in Dursley to record the week's local news. The team consists of an editor, a recording technician, and two readers. We supplement the weekly programme with readings made earlier in the week by people at home.

We then duplicate the programme onto memory sticks and take them to the Post Office for despatch to our listeners.

Listeners should receive their memory sticks on Saturday or Monday. If you have not received it by Tuesday, please phone Mary on 01453-860801.
